Dealing with Back Pain May 13 2009

Back pain is a condition that millions of Americans suffer with every year. The pain can originate from an injury, poor posture, muscle strain, Osteoporosis, Spinal Stenosis, Ruptured Disc, or Arthritis.

All of these can be very painful, ultimately leading to limited mobility.

The limited mobility due to back pain is not only uncomfortable but can be embarrasing when the pain inhibits individuals to take care of their own personal care.

The bending and twisting motion that often accompanies wiping, shower, shaving or shaving legs can be a most painful and debilitating.

Sometimes the extra reach of a personal hygiene device is the key to dealing with this back pain.  The long reach helps prevent that bending, and twisting motion, allowing for pain free care.
