Unique from other toileting aids, the FreedomWand® comes apart in three pieces and is portable. This 100% cotton carry bag can hold your FreedomWand, allowing you to carry it discretely wherever you need to go.

We use a cotton carry bag instead of a zipper-style plastic bag because:

The FreedomWand can breathe and air-dry in the bag after washing.
The carry bag offers more privacy than a plastic bag.
It’s washable and much more sanitary.
Purchase a second carry bag for your extra FreedomWand® or to have an extra bag on hand if you're laundering the other one.

Refund & Return Policy 

  • We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. However, all returns must be pre-approved, arranged with Freedom Creators Inc. and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code along with a copy of your receipt. Credit card refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Please contact Customer Service or 866-931-0886.

  • Shipping Policy: We ship all our products via US Mail within 24 business hours of receiving the order.
    We use first-class or priority mail depending on the weight.  Your FreedomWand® is usually delivered within 3-4 business days depending on the destination.
