Refund & Return Policy 

  • We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. However, all returns must be pre-approved, arranged with Freedom Creators Inc. and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code along with a copy of your receipt. Credit card refunds will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned product. Please contact Customer Service or 866-931-0886.

  • Shipping Policy: We ship all our products via US Mail within 24 business hours of receiving the order.
    We use first-class or priority mail depending on the weight.  Your FreedomWand® is usually delivered within 3-4 business days depending on the destination.
